I have used Dave for several years now and I had him perform home and commercial inspections for pre-purchase as I am a property investor. The thing I like most is that Dave has the experience to really tell me what it is I need to know about the condition of the structure before I purchase, so as I can make an informed buying decision. Dave has always communicated in a down home fashion, never raising his voice, thus very respectful. The inspections, have always been useful in getting at least all my inspection fees back as a negotiation tool from the seller. The inspection report has lots of photos, good narrative descriptions thus is very clearly presented.
